Excellent downtown bar with good beer and extensive spirits selection and a boutique red wine selection at reasonable prices. Delicious, creative American-style pub fare - the burgers, Reuben, and bacon grilled cheese are worth writing home about. Service is amongst the best downtown - Adrianne, Andrea, Bobbi, Mattie, Michelle, Nate, and Nelly are great and equally inimitable. Highly recommend! Update (06/26/2024): I patronize Kirby's frequently still, and I am here to note that Nate is killing it behind the bar tonight! Update (11/11/2024): Kirby's continues to be a great bar to frequent. Food has been coming out to the tables and bar top faster and faster. A juke box has been added recently - it's wonderful when it's turned and should be turned on more when no sports games are being broadcast. Adrianne, Avery, Bobbi, Brady, Mersadie, Michelle, and Nate all have been killing it behind the stick recently! Update (09/17/2025): Still great! Kylie has been added to the bartender mix and manages to make Kirby's even greater! Cheers, all.
